Join Treefrog Agency as a Finance Manager and drive strategic financial operations in a fully remote role. Oversee accounting, compliance, and reporting while partnering with the Director of Finance. In this full time position, you will independently manage all financial functions, ensuring transparency in financial data for the leadership team.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of progressive finance experience and expertise in agency-specific accounting practices. Process weekly journal entries and bank feed matching
- Proactively manage Accounts Receivable collections
- Lead month-end close and payroll cycle management
- Minimum five years in finance/accounting roles
- Proficiency with Excel, AI tools, and QuickBooks Online
- CPA or similar accounting designation preferred
- Experience in a marketing or creative agency
