Drive grant program success with the Canadian Red Cross in a partially virtual role. Use your Indigenous grantmaking experience to enhance community resilience and recovery services. In this temporary, full-time position, the Manager of Grant Programs will lead the execution of grant initiatives, working closely with the Senior Manager and a team of Grant Officers.
Your leadership will be crucial for building grant capacity, monitoring program implementation, and enriching grantee experiences while ensuring adherence to standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective delivery of all grant programs
- Guide and develop Grant Officers’ career paths
- Foster collaboration across service lines and support services
- Monitor program performance and quality assurance
- Shape reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-7 years in Indigenous grantmaking
- Relevant degree or college diploma
- Engagement with Indigenous communities required
- Solid skills in program and financial management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
