The team supports plan members and clients with optional and portable benefits, life conversions, and digital-direct insurance journeys. Through expert advice, advisor enablement and a focus on the client experience, we help Canadians make informed decisions while creating opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships with Canada Life. • Insurance, the Manager, Insurance Products is responsible for the ownership, positioning, support, and ongoing evolution of Canada Life's Portable Benefits and Individual Health &
• Dental product offerings. This role acts as a key partner to sales, marketing, distribution, and product teams, helping ensure our products remain competitive, relevant, and easy for advisors and clients to understand. Serve as the product owner and subject matter expert for Canada Life’s Portable Benefits, Individual Health &
• Dental and optional products. Lead product enhancements from idea through implementation in partnership with key stakeholders Monitor market,
regulatory and competitor developments to identify opportunities and risks Analyze product performance and client feedback to identify opportunities Partner with Pricing and Performance Management to evaluate and implement product changes and enhancements Ensure advisors and internal teams have the product knowledge, training and support required for success 7+ years in product management, product marketing, insurance and advantages distribution, consulting or a related role ~ Strong understanding of health, benefits or insurance products in the Canadian marketplace ~ Strong analytical skills, with experience using customer, advisor, and business insights to identify opportunities ~ Experience in Individual Health &
