Job Overview

As Manager, Strategic Accounts at Butterfield & Robinson, you will play a key role in supporting and growing B&R;’s (Un)Corporate business.

Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, commercially minded, comfortable in client conversations, and able to move easily between details and relationships. This is a sales-oriented account management role designed to protect existing relationships, create a better partner experience, and identify opportunities for renewal, upsell, and future business.

Support on budget administration, invoice tracking, expense reconciliation and other event-related administrative needs.

Renewals, Upsell & Growth Opportunities

Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships, sell in future trips, or upsell additional experiences.

Support commercial follow-up around pre-nights, post-trips, extensions, additional departures, private groups, and future partner programming.
