Guide multi-disciplinary teams across R&D;, operations, and supply chain including contract manufactures.

New Product

Introduction (NPI): Manage product lifecycles from early planning and prototype builds through qualification and volume manufacturing ramp. Manage project to ensure supply chain readiness, capacity readiness, track BOM costs and yield improvements to hit margin targets.

Timeline Management: Define project scope, create detailed schedules, and track major milestones. Manage project expenses, resource allocation. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or related technical discipline.



~5+ years experience in NPI experience managing complex product launches. ~ Extensive fiber optics industry experience and broad knowledge of electronics, photonics, and optical communications are strong assets for success in this role. ~ Proven tracking record of influencing external vendors and managing global contract manufacturing partners.

The expected compensation range for this position is CAD$115,000 - $150,000 annually.
