GrowMate EdTech Inc. is seeking a Program Operations & Growth Manager (Mandarin Required) for part time work in Richmond/Metro Vancouver, BC. You will communicate with families, present GrowMate programs, and drive enrollment while coordinating student groups and mentors.

In-person meetings are required, with some flexibility as the program grows. The role emphasizes strong Mandarin and English communication, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, small team
