We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant/Financial Analyst to support our manufacturing and operations teams. This role will report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and partner closely with Finance, Production, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to translate operational data into meaningful financial insights.

This is a full-time,



on-site position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Enfield, Nova Scotia. Work in collaboration with the production teams and the manufacturing leadership teams in an office and shop setting. Support the Finance and Business teams on various ad-hoc requests.

Support in the annual Budget process by gathering and organizing and analyzing data for various budget proposals. Support audits and compliance requirements by providing necessary documentation and insights.

Utilizing

Business warehouse, Excel and PBI, for the development and enhancement of financial reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools to improve visibility and decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Business CPA designation or actively pursuing the CPA designation ~3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment ~ SAP) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, BW) ~ Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities ~ Understanding of cost accounting, capital accounting,
