Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations in a modern manufacturing facility.

This role combines workforce leadership, production planning, continuous improvement, and operational strategy to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. Earn a competitive salary of $110,000 to $135,000 plus a 15% short-term incentive plan ~ Lead operations within a newly built manufacturing facility with modern equipment and processes ~ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies ~ Join a team-oriented leadership team with direct impact on business growth and performance ~ Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives Develop production schedules, workforce plans,
