Ce rôle consiste principalement à conduire des chariots élévateurs, recevoir les marchandises entrantes, préparer avec précision les pièces requises pour les ordres de production, effectuer des comptages cycliques d’inventaire et saisir des données exactes dans le système ERP afin de maintenir un environnement de travail efficace et performant.

Gestion et maintien de l’inventaire Assurer le maintien des niveaux d’inventaire en identifiant, étiquetant et entreposant adéquatement les matériaux et fournitures. Consigner l’emplacement exact des articles en stock. Signaler rapidement toute pénurie ou variation d’inventaire.

Conduite de chariot élévateur Utiliser les chariots élévateurs motorisés de façon sécuritaire pour charger, décharger, déplacer et empiler les matières premières, les marchandises reçues et les produits finis. Effectuer des inventaires physiques réguliers. Comparer les quantités physiques aux données du système afin d’identifier et de corriger les écarts.

Certification valide de conducteur de chariot élévateur obligatoire.

The Material

Handler / General Labourer supports production and warehouse logistics. This role focuses on operating forklifts, receiving incoming goods, picking accurate parts for production orders, performing routine cycle counts, and logging accurate data into the ERP system to maintain a highly productive facility.

Material Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, verify delivery quantities against packing slips, inspect goods for damage, and log all receipts into the ERP system.

Inventory Maintenance: Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording the exact location of inventory, and promptly reporting shortages.

Forklift Operation: Drive motorized forklifts safely to load, unload, transfer, and stack raw materials, received goods,



and finished products.

Production Order Picking: Accurately retrieve specific items, parts, and materials from storage to feed assembly lines and satisfy production schedules on time.

Cycle Counting: Perform regular physical inventory counts and cross-reference physical quantities with system records to identify gaps.

Certification: Active and valid Forklift Operator Certification is mandatory.

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy with previous experience using an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or warehouse management software.

Safety Awareness: Solid knowledge of workplace safety rules, personal protective equipment (PPE), and hazard communication standards.
