About This Prospect: Reporting to the Supervisor, Material Supply, the incumbent will be responsible for activities in the indirect purchasing process.

Responsibilities: Purchase order creation, confirmation, and maintenance in SAP. Communication with a large quantity of internal sites, to ensure adherence to the purchase order process. Support, set up and training of new vendors and new users in SRM. Maintaining preferred vendor and catalogue compliance. Resolution of issues related to invoice matching and price variance.

Skills & Experience:



Previous experience considered an asset in:

- A material supply role or accounts payable
- Working with SAP Must possess excellent skills in:
- MS computer programs
- Organization
- Time management
