Become our next Journeyman Off-Road Field Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic. You will be the backbone of our fleet; performing preventative maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and field repairs to ensure equipment never misses a beat. If you know diesel, hydraulics, and electrical systems and take pride in safe, professional work, we want you to be on our team.

Follow a consistent and regular schedule to perform various types of maintenance on heavy equipment, construction equipment and various pieces of machinery at various job sites Repair assorted heavy equipment as required to ensure proper operating condition at the job site Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems and propane systems Conduct oil changes, lubrication of equipment, tire replacements, hose repairs, battery replacements and assorted services Recondition and replace assorted parts of the heavy equipment Must be able to operate and test equipment such as boom lifts, forklifts,



compressors, portable and stationary generators, hydraulics, pumps and assorted tools and equipment Produce timely and detailed service reports and repair logs Build positive relationships with customers Exceptional communication skills while maintaining a professional customer service focused attitude. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors when required of the job. Must have Journeyman Mechanic (Off Road) Certificate or Red Seal in HET.

At least 3-years’ hands on experience working on Aerial Equipment Valid Class 5 license. According to site regulations, all candidates must be clean shaven. When you work in the field, there is an additional $1.50/hour field premium. ~This rate is for candidates who hold their Journeyman HET off Road Ticket Pension: $4.00 per hour (company-paid) with eventual increase to $6.00/hr.

Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Overtime: Paid after 11.5 hours/day or beyond the 7-day rotation Fly home after work on Monday. You do not get paid for travel.
