We're opening a new 300,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Prince George, VA, that will support the growing energy infrastructure industry. As a Mechanical Assembler you'll help build and assemble critical power management and control systems used in data centers, utilities, and industrial power applications. You'll join a fast-growing team in a modern facility where safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.

Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for the large form assembly of switch gear equipment and systems for data center applications, ensuring all products are built in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and customer specifications. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Perform mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools, lifting equipment, and assembly documentation.

Interpret and follow technical drawings, work instructions, visual aids, and verbal directions to ensure accurate assembly.



Conduct in-process inspections and functional testing to verify product quality and workmanship. Identify and communicate quality, productivity, and process improvement opportunities.

Minimum one year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or similar hands-on technical experience preferred. Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, technical documentation, and visual work aids. Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools and material handling equipment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems. Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage changing priorities, and work overtime as required.

The hourly pay range for this role is $14.86 - $26.73.
