As the Mechanical Designer, you'll be working with the mechanical team, developing hardware designs and validation.

Design, implement and validate components, weldments, assemblies, and integrations for engineering designs and mechanical hardware Develop and complete technical documentation for mechanical hardware and related products Select applicable materials and components for structural assemblies and electrical hardware enclosures Support in integrating existing CAE documents into PDM software Prepare recommendations for production and assembly of locomotive subsystems A new graduate of a Mechanical or Mechatronic degree or technical related diploma Experience using Solidworks or other CAE software suites Proficient in using with Excel The expected hourly wage for this position is $25-30/hour CDN. The hourly rate is determined through comprehensive market research and considers factors including qualifications, skills, education, relevant experience, work location, internal equity,



and alignment with local and industry market data.
