Impact Engineering is currently seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer-in-Training (E.Eng. in mechanical building services design with specific knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and energy. You will be tasked with leading projects under the supervision of senior engineers. Design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, focusing on energy retrofits and high-efficiency current construction Manage project implementation and construction administration Perform building load calculations using Excel and modeling software such as Carrier HAP analyze utility data and conduct engineering analysis Manage client communications and represent Impact in project meetings while coordinating projects and maintaining effective relationships with clients, contractors,



and subconsultants across multiple concurrent projects.

Drafting in AutoCAD or Revit Mechanical Engineering Degree Minimum two (2) years of mechanical experience in building consulting Familiar with a variety of mechanical equipment and systems Ability to lead engineering projects with confidence and strong communication Experience with drafting and modeling software Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Project management experience, including client interaction and coordination of internal teams and subconsultants an asset Knowledge of building controls and energy management systems is an asset #
