Responsibilities: Mechanical design and drawings of AS2I products Field installation assistance and troubleshooting Quality assurance and quality control on AS2I products Generate 2-D drawings with proper dimensions, tolerances, and notes Delivery of parts to fabrication shops Other duties as assigned Requirements: ~ Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma ~5 years’ experience in a similar role ~ Experience with structural steel design calculations and designing custom sheet metal parts for fabrication ~ Experience managing medium-large SolidWorks assemblies ~ Ability to work independently within a team workplace ~ Diligent, conscientious,
and accountable ~ High attention to detail and effective time management ~ Effective verbal and written communication ~ Strong work ethic and positive attitude ~ Computer competency with experience in MS Office suite and SolidWorks ~ Ability to drive and walk in rural and outdoor elements and conditions ~ Valid Class 5 drivers’ license with reliable vehicle to use for work (vehicle allowance paid) ~ Project Management experience an asset We Offer: $65 000 - $85 000 annually, based on experience Full Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Stablework environment with long-term employees Fulfilling and challenging work Hire Standard is recruiting on behalf of Aqua Systems 2000.
