Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB, for a Medical Clinic Director.

The Medical Clinic

Director will oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.

Responsibilities include managing clinical and administrative staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing compliance with healthcare regulations, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of patient care.



The director will also play a key role in fostering a positive work culture, liaising with community stakeholders, and developing strategies to improve the clinic’s services.

Qualifications

- Proven knowledge and experience in areas such as Medicine, Orthopedics, Rehabilitation, and Healthcare management
- Understanding of Physical Therapy practices and their integration in a clinical setting
- Robust leadership and organizational management skills, with the ability to supervise and support multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance, budgeting, and clinic operational planning
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, patients, and community partners
- Experience in healthcare administrative roles or a similar leadership position is highly desirable
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, or a related field is required; additional certifications in health management are an advantage

- **$58 per hour: 40 hours per week
