day shift Downtown Kelowna with travel to LHSC sites as required Invest in your future through RRSP match benefits and an employee stock purchase program Inventory Management Maintain and monitor appropriate inventory levels to support uninterrupted laboratory and LHSC operations. Perform routine and ad-hoc inventory counts

• Record purchases, update inventory databases, and ensure data accuracy and traceability. Identify opportunities to reduce material costs by analyzing consumption patterns, waste, and product usage. Ordering &

• Procurement Coordination Prepare and submit purchase orders

• Interface with the Oracle ordering platform and collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely replenishment. Receiving &

• Distribution Receive incoming material orders and verify that all goods meet quality and condition requirements. Unpack, stock, and organize inventory in designated storage areas to support efficient retrieval and distribution. Coordinate with the warehousing team to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of supplies to LHSCs and other internal clients. Manage the distribution of materials to end users while traking usage and ensuring accountability. Ensure all inventory activities comply with standard operating procedures, quality regulations, and safety requirements. Use personal protective equipment (e.g., Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in all storage and receiving areas. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Minimum one (1) year of experience in an inventory management/related field or equivalent experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Science/medical background is an asset Medical Terminology course is an asset Fluency in English, both written and verbal Normal office environment Medical laboratory workplace Exposure to noise, chemicals, solvents and bio-hazardous materials Pay rate: $21.50 to $24.00 per hour At Dynacare, we’re proud to hire the best people.
