Travel to Office expectations For Remote Roles If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office.

Area - Hybrid (with two days in the office) Are you a self-starter looking to join a fast-paced,

Are you a skilled lawyer with broad commercial and corporate experience gained at a reputable firm or as in-house counsel? Reporting to the VP, Contracts & Legal, your primary duties would include assisting with general commercial matters, including, but not limited to, the drafting and negotiating of services, new product and technology-related agreements, including master services agreements, partnership agreements, confidentiality agreements, business associate agreements, SaaS agreements, data protection agreements, software licenses, subcontractor agreements, supplier agreements, and related statements of work.

The role will also support corporate legal matters, including subsidiary governance, intercompany arrangements, and strategic transactions. The role requires a qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and can balance legal risk with practical business considerations. ~ JD and active member of an applicable law society or a U.5+ years of experience in commercial legal practice, with exposure to corporate legal matters ~ Demonstrated capacity to analyze and resolve sophisticated legal and business issues with practical,



commercially minded solutions ~ Flexibility to contribute across the Legal Department's full range of responsibilities and to adapt to evolving business needs ~ Demonstrated client service orientation and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives ~ Experience or strong interest in process improvement, legal technology, and emerging areas such as artificial intelligence ~ Experience supporting corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder approvals, resolutions, and maintenance of corporate records and minute books.
