Maintain/update records in the MOIS system complying with privacy laws for confidential medical information.

Maintain communications and liaise with CSFS member communities, offices and health center staff. Schedule patient appointments and assist the primary care team and professional staff in managing face to face, telehealth schedules and client activity. Assist with point of care measuring and specimen testing, processing or transporting.

Assist the physician or NP by having a well-prepared patient, treatment room and helping to provide proactive care.

Medical Office

Assistant certificate or Office administration certificate,



plus two years’ experience in a medical office; An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered The community’s size, services and amenities are well suited for entrepreneurs, and those involved in resource or agricultural sectors. Recognize the value of Carrier Sekani Knowledge holders and language speakers. The target hiring range for this position is $26.4408 to $34.2415 per hour.

Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
