We are seeking an Operator 3, Production to join our team at our Brantford, ON bakery. As an Operator 3, Production, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring high‑speed bakery production lines to ensure continuous production, consistent product quality,
and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Shift & Schedule Weekend availability: Operate and monitor high‑speed bakery production lines to ensure efficient output and consistent product quality Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment to support continuous operations Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain operational flow and standards Manage raw material availability at the production line to support uninterrupted production Accurately enter production and inventory data into the warehouse management system Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards High school diploma or G.1-2 years of experience operating autmated machinery, production lines, troubleshooting minor fixes as Machine/production operator in manufacturing setting. ~ Ability to work a rotating continental schedule, including days and nights ~ Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking ~ Commitment to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards Previous production line experience in a food manufacturing workplace Forklift operation experience or certification Experience working in high‑speed, continuous manufacturing environments We welcome and encourage applications from all qualified individuals, including people with disabilities.Accommodations are available upon request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.We do not use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to screen, assess, or select applicants. #
