Responsibilities

- Accurately transcribe physician-patient interactions in real-time, capturing detailed clinical information including history, examination findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Assist healthcare providers by preparing and updating electronic medical records (EMRs) efficiently during patient visits.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards for accuracy and confidentiality.
- Clarify and verify medical terminology and abbreviations to maintain precise records.
- Collaborate with medical staff to review and finalize documentation for completeness before submission.




- Manage multiple patient encounters simultaneously in a fast-paced clinical workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Support administrative tasks related to patient records as needed, including data entry and file organization.

Requirements

- Prior experience working in a medical office setting or similar healthcare environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical language.
- Excellent listening skills combined with the ability to type quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn about medical practices.
