Whether it's a routine check-up or an unexpected repair, you'll be there to guide them with honesty, care and a genuine desire to help. If you're all about friendly service, clear communication and being part of something local, this could be the perfect fit for you. Welcoming customers and chatting through what their vehicle has been up to.

Checking warranty or service coverage and breaking it down into easy to understand terms. Writing up repair orders that clearly outline what's needed and why. Keeping customer in the loop with timely updates and straightforward answers.

Staying organized and documenting all repairs and service details. Keeping your knowledge fresh with up to date training and manufacturer updates. Pitching in wherever needed and always looking for way to support your team.

Great listening and people skills that make customers feels valued and heard. Strong communication skills, whether its in person or over the phone. A team first attitude with a willingness to jump in and help.
