The Service

Advisor is responsible for opening and closing work orders, scheduling work and greeting and interacting with customers in person, over the phone and over effective e-mail communication. The position must possess basic truck knowledge and a sound understanding of service contract coverage and an ability to develop estimates. The incumbent will be tasked with using specific company software to look up, order, and bill parts to repair orders, as well as provide oversight to the parts room and parts inventory.

The position manages warranty claims which involves creating, filling, updating coding, and accurately documenting all warranty claims and related information.



Discuss repair requirements and answer inquiries from our customers Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders towards providing first class service Responsible to look up and order parts for repairs completed in the service area, as well as manage parts room in accordance to company protocols A High school diploma A minimum of 2 (two) years’ of experience as a Service Advisor Parts or Warranty experience considered an asset Shift This is a permanent Full time position. Following an initial training period, you will work on a rotating shift schedule - 12 hour shifts.
