You will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and handle all customer inquiries or complaints. If you have strong problem-solving, superb communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, apply now and become an essential part of our team!Duties and Responsibilities Assists all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service.

Responds to customer’s inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to the policy of the dealership.

Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.

Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; Invoices work orders and accepts payments from customers; Provides quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed.

Advises customers of current status of their vehicle as well as any additional work that may be required.





Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience as Service Advisor in automotive field CDK software experience.

Proficient with computer environments including Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills* Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
