You will provide support to technicians in the shop and field Liaison with customers and technicians regarding repairs Create service orders and input data into service software Handle all documentation for warranty and p rocess warranty claims Assist the service team when needed Someone familiar with a service shop environment Solid computer skills, proficient with MS office Previous experience working in a similar role within the heavy-duty truck & transportation or heavy equipment repair industry.
