and develop an engaged team that delivers exceptional customer service and strong business results. Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on store initiatives and performance.

Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support. Drive continuous improvement in store processes, procedures, and productivity. Create effective schedules that support customer service and operational excellence.

Manage inventory cycle counts and ensure compliance with OH&S; policies and procedures.

Customer Service

Ensure customer needs are met through friendly, efficient, and accurate service. Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Oversee merchandising and product displays to maximize sales and profitability. 3 - 5+ years of experience in the automotive parts retail industry. ~ Strong leadership and people management skills. ~ Strong organizational and time-management abilities. ~ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Annual compensation ranges from $70,000–$85,000, based on store performance and experience, including base salary and commissions.
