Hamilton Health Sciences, located in central Hamilton, is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to support the Medically Complex unit. You will provide person-centred care, collaborate with RNs and the multidisciplinary team, and assist with discharge planning amidst a busy hospital environment.

The role includes rotating days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for career development and growth within a large teaching hospital framework.
