CAA Club Group is seeking a friendly and motivated Member Service Consultant (MSC) to deliver exceptional Member experiences in a retail setting. You will sell memberships and merchandise, assist with car rental bookings, passport photos, and driving permits, and advise on Travel Insurance options.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of retail customer service and sales, robust communication skills, and are willing to obtain TICO certification.
