Join Take a Hike Foundation as a Mental Health Clinician focused on outdoor education and youth empowerment in Barrie, Ontario. As a key member of our Programs Team, you will work directly with youth, implementing anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices.

This full-time role involves providing therapy during school hours, leading group sessions, and participating in outdoor adventures, emphasizing education and mental health. Candidates should be passionate about nature and supporting youth through creative therapeutic models. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver individual and family therapy during school hours
- Facilitate group counselling for youth issues




- Collaborate with interdisciplinary classroom teams
- Participate in outdoor activities and camping trips
- Build relationships with community partners and school districts Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology or Social Work
- 3 years of youth crisis experience
- Flexibility for scheduling across time zones
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
