This role focuses on delivering skill-based interventions for individuals with complex- trauma and personality disorders while participating in physical healthcare clinics. The position offers day-to-day responsibilities for assessment, care planning, and teamwork within a supportive multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients
- Deliver evidence-based interventions for mental health issues




- Collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary team
- Participate in both virtual and in-person consultations
- Support physical health monitoring for patients in care

Requirements:

- Experience as a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of mental health and physical healthcare needs
- Flexibility in managing a wide-ranging workload
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
