Merchandise Flow Manager | Full-Time | Armani Exchange Outlet, Toronto Premium Outlets - Halton Hills This posting is for an existing vacancy As a leader within Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team , who you will inspire and motivate each day. You will work with the General Manager to support the entire team on driving sales , providing an excellent client experience , building robust talent and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit , passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills to manage the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.

Your daily presence on the sales floor will provide you the opportunity to understand the business on the front line , and you will have the opportunity to use the insights to improve the store’s business. You will help shape and execute store strategies to drive revenue . As the person accountable for the back of house , you will also be responsible for driving sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices, markdown execution , stock accuracy , as well as, supplies and facilities management.

Minimum

Two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Use, Garment Steaming, Applying/Removing Sensor Tags, etc. Hear and see safety signals, read labels, registers,



computers, etc. Verbal & Writing Direct team members, monitor performance, ensure safety Fine Audit / Analysis Accuracy of Transactions, Inventory, etc.
