Role: MFCS Technical Consultant

Location: Irving, TX (Candidate can work remotely within the U.S., but must be available to travel for key meetings and go-live.)

Required Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 8+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.

2. Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.

3. Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.

4. Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.

5. Solid technical skills in:

- PL/SQL

- Unix Shell Scripting

- Oracle APEX Development

- REST APIs

- Kafka

- Middleware/ESB Concepts

- JSON/XML

- OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)

- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.
