- Review and resolve complex trade issues with in-depth evaluation
- Lead projects and support industry initiatives with management
- Perform end-of-day checks for daily work accuracy
- Manage monthly sign-off responsibilities for break resolution
- Prepare and reconcile daily P&L; reports for institutional activity Requirements:
- 5-7 years in middle or back-office operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics preferred
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with trading systems like DSTS and Fidessa
