We are seeking a skilled and energetic Mig Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This vital role involves fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate metal parts.
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding to join various metals with precision and consistency.
- Operate plasma cutters, press brake machines, power tools, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble components.
- Use calipers, measuring tapes, and other measuring tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
- Conduct rigging and mechanical tasks such as installing ductwork or assembling structural elements following schematics.
- Maintain a clean,



organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

- Proven experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques, crane operation, machining processes, and the use of hand and power tools.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint interpretation.
- Knowledge of welding safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid certification or experience in forklift operation is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $21.00-$25.50 per hour
