You will possess GTAW CWB certification and the ability to read blueprints, along with familiarity with welding symbols. A strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain customer quality requirements and specifications
- Improve processes continuously for enhanced efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately
- Knowledge of jigs and fixtures to support welding tasks
- Participate in shift rotation as necessary

Requirements:
