Futures seeks a knowledgeable Millwright Instructor to lead workshops and share hands-on expertise. This prospect typically involves teaching full-time for 2 weeks, 2-4 times a year. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential for fostering a supportive and effective learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate learning through effective instructional strategies
- Monitor student involvement and adherence to policies

Requirements:
- Millwright Journeyperson certification
- Experience mentoring apprentices in the field
