Troubleshooting software, hardware, networking, GPS/GNSS, and fleet management systems Working directly with customers to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Supporting autonomous mining solutions alongside multidisciplinary teams Assisting with technology implementations, upgrades, and project delivery Traveling to customer sites across Western Canada to provide technical expertise Enjoys solving technical challenges in real-world production environments Experience or knowledge in any of the following is considered an asset: Fleet Management Systems (MineStar, Wenco, Modular) Computer Networking GPS/GNSS Technology Mining Operations or Heavy Civil Construction Mine Planning Civil CAD, Vulcan, Deswik,
