Contract Duration: 12 months The Money Market Settlements & Confirmations Officer will manage trade processing, exceptions, discrepancies, and customer service for Money Market trades. Verify and confirm money market transactions with counterparties to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols. Maintain accurate records of all confirmations and settlements for audit and reporting purposes.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor and adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the transaction process. Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the confirmation and settlement operations.





Experience in a banking back office in a settlements or similar role for 2-3 years. Bachelor's degree in finance or a similar area of study. 4-5 years in banking operations in a settlements or similar role. ~ Mult-tasking, independent work, excellent customer service and communication skills. The hourly compensation range for this role is C$20 – C$24.
