Procom is seeking a Money Market Settlement & Confirmation Officer for a 12-month contract with a major banking client in Toronto.

You will manage trade processing, exception management, and discrepancy resolution while delivering top-notch customer service. The position requires a strong banking operations background with focus on settlements and clearing. Key Responsibilities:

- Verify and confirm money market transactions for accuracy
- Manage settlements and clearing processes promptly
- Resolve discrepancies with internal and external parties
- Maintain detailed records for audit purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

- Ability to work bi-weekly shifts: 9:00-5:30 and 10:30-7 EST
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- 2-3 years in back office banking settlements
- Solid multitasking and communication skills
