Our client, a leading development organization with operations in Kimberley , is seeking a skilled Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E;) Specialist . This role is critical for assessing the impact and effectiveness of our client's programs and projects across the Northern Cape . You will be responsible for designing M&E; frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and providing insights to improve program design and outcomes.

Develop and implement robust M&E; frameworks, tools, and methodologies for various projects. Design data collection plans and oversee the implementation of surveys, interviews, and assessments. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, impacts, and areas for improvement.

Provide M&E; training and support to program staff and partners in the Kimberley region. Strong understanding of M&E; principles, frameworks,



and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualization tools.

Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

Experience in designing and implementing data collection tools. Familiarity with the social and economic context of the Northern Cape is advantageous.
