You will be responsible for generating new mortgage business, advising clients on suitable loan products, and ensuring a smooth, compliant application process.

Thorough understanding of mortgage lending products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., National Credit Act). Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospective clients. Proficiency in using loan origination software and CRM systems.
