Vancouver Island Health Authority (Campbell River) seeks a Social Worker to provide client-centered assessment, intervention and referral within the Campbell River Mental Health & Addiction Services team. You will work with clients and families facing barriers to care as part of a multidisciplinary group.

Under the Coordinator's direction, you will assess, intervene and refer to services, with possible travel between sites.
