The Technical Solution Architect is responsible for designing, architecting, and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions that align with business and technical requirements. The role provides leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring that Oracle applications, databases, cloud services, integrations, and infrastructure components are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Responsible for translating the client’s business needs into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture.

Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, and technical specifications.

Oracle Technology Leadership

Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Applications, and related Oracle technologies. Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, and architecture workshops. Assess and recommend Oracle products and services to support business objectives.

Design integration strategies between Oracle solutions and third-party systems. Guide development teams on implementation approaches and best practices. Review technical designs, code, and configurations to ensure architectural compliance.

Project Delivery

Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout project delivery.



Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans. Support system testing, deployment planning, and production readiness activities.

Performance & Security Ensure solutions meet performance, availability, scalability, and security requirements. Act as the primary technical advisor for Oracle-based initiatives. Present architectural recommendations to senior management and client stakeholders.

Provide mentoring and technical guidance to architects, developers, and engineers. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. ~8+ years of experience in enterprise solution design and technical architecture. ~15+ with Oracle technologies. ~ Extensive experience working with specific Oracle technologies including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, middleware, and enterprise applications. ~ Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives.

Oracle Certified

Skilled (OCP) and/or Oracle Cloud certifications. Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies.
