Role: Network & Endpoint Security Engineer

Location: Mississauga, ON (Remote)

We are seeking a Network & Endpoint Security Engineer with hands-on experience supporting enterprise security platforms, particularly Netskope, SentinelOne, Akamai WAF, and Kiteworks. The role focuses on security policy enforcement, monitoring, anomaly detection, and distributed security operations.

Must-Have Skills

1. Netskope – ZTNA, CASB, DLP, SSPM, WAF, SWG & CFW
2. SentinelOne & Akamai WAF
3. Kiteworks – SFTP & Managed File Platform
4. Enterprise Security Monitoring & Policy Enforcement
5. Incident Management & On-Call Support

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Netskope security solutions including ZTNA, CASB, DLP, SSPM, WAF, SWG, and Cloud Firewall.
- Support SentinelOne endpoint security and Akamai WAF environments.
- Manage Kiteworks secure file transfer and managed file platform solutions.
- Monitor security policies, anomalies, and enterprise security events and take appropriate action.




- Provide operational support within a 20x6 support model, including on-call coverage for major incidents.
- Troubleshoot security platform issues and coordinate resolution with distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure security services comply with SOW, contractual, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and customer teams to maintain reliable security operations.
