Pay Rate: $85,000 to $135,000 total compensation inclusive of salary and bonus. Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of theDealership Sales Department Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentagerating at all times Acquire used vehicles for retail sales, with afocus on sourcing through a busy service drive.



Work with the Service Manager to ensure quickpreparation of used vehicles for delivery Effectively manage leads and personally engagewith all retail used sales traffic at the dealership.

Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan,modify and review all current issues and programs Promote ongoing training, including daily andweekly sales team meetings Solid Knowledge of CDK, 180, V-Auto, and AutoAlert Proficient in overall computer skills with theability to adapt to a sophisticated CRM system.
