- Aid in scheduling meetings and managing electronic calendars
- Respond to phone inquiries and take detailed messages
- Prepare documentation and correspondence as needed
- Handle office tasks like filing and data organization
- Gather and relay information effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year in an administrative capacity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams
- New Jersey driver's license may be required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must establish New Jersey residency within one year
