Role Overview

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support in alignment with Coast Hotels' brand standards. Reporting directly to the Front Desk Manager or your immediate supervisor, you are empowered to elevate the guest experience, build lasting memories, and maximize room revenue during every shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to recent and returning guests. Anticipate their needs, fulfill special requests, register members for rewards programs, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Front Desk Operations: Seamlessly manage check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and process payments securely while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Reservation Management: Handle in-person, online, and phone bookings. Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date guest accounts, complete required operational reports, and coordinate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure room readiness.
- Brand Excellence: Consistently uphold all standard operating procedures, policies, and professional grooming and communication standards.
