Job Summary Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensures accurate inventory records and safe handling of materials.

Main Duties

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and damage, and report discrepancies.
- Unload and load trucks, containers, and pallets using appropriate handling techniques and equipment.
- Sort, label, stage, and store goods according to established procedures and inventory locations.
- Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing orders and shipping documentation for carrier pickup.
- Record and update inventory, shipping, and receiving data in warehouse management systems and manual logs.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and follow workplace health and safety policies.

Requirements

- Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift, carry, and move loads as required by the role.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping abilities.




- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as operational needs require.
