Monitor fleet status and communicate updates to drivers, customers, and supervisors. Receive and process service requests, orders and dispatch instructions via phone, radio and computer systems. Communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams to provide ETAs, route changes and incident updates.
Secondary school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with dispatch/route planning software, GPS tools and standard office applications. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and shift rotations as required.
Route planning and time management. Familiarity with GPS, telematics and dispatch software. Customer service and conflict resolution.
