- Work Term: Permanent

- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years WORK SETTING - Work in employer's/client's home TASKS - Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up and assembling of medical equipment
- Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort
- Perform other duties related to personal care
- Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse
- Serve meal trays and feed patients
- Make beds and maintain patients' rooms
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Bathe, dress and groom patients
- Transport patients between care facilities
- Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher
- Answer call signals to determine patients' needs
- Administer first aid in emergency situations CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, MEMBERSHIPS, AND COURSES - First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate SECURITY AND SAFETY - Criminal record check WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES - Fast-paced environment
